Rockwell Collins acquisition positive, says Wells Fargo
After Rockwell Collins agreed to buy aviation communications and information management solutions provider ARINC for $1.39B, Wells Fargo thinks the deal will raise Rockwell's organic growth rate and improve its sales mix. The firm predicts that the deal could become accretive in FY15 and it keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
