CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - April 01, 2015) - ShopperTrak, the leading global provider of consumer behavior insights and location-based analytics, today announced that Reid E. Simpson has joined the company as chief financial officer.
Prior to joining ShopperTrak, Simpson served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Career Education Corporation, where he played a vital role in executing the company's turnaround strategy.

An experienced financial executive, Simpson has served in a CFO capacity for various public and privately held businesses over the past 24 years, including at Asset Acceptance Capital Corp., Aircell LLC (now Gogo Inc.), eCollege, and CCC Information Services, Inc. He also worked at The Signature Group and Delphi Information Systems Inc., and spent 16 years with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporations (including the CFO position at A.C. Nielsen's North America Marketing Research division). Simpson possesses extensive financial and operational skills with a successful track record of building value, developing teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
