Real estate: Illinois investment firm buys Massillon properties for $6 million

A Northbrook, Illinois-based investment company has purchased two Massillon industrial and commercial warehouses for $6 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Big Shoulders Capital bought a 75,000-square-foot facility at 1350 Sanders SW and 50,218-square-foot facility at 1369 Sanders SW from Rotolo Industries Inc., which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May.
