ABOUT FFFC
FFFC is currently a holding company. The company offers various financial services to the public through its subsidiaries. And in 2013, the company set into motion a plan to extend its business activities. The company was interested in natural resources such as green products and alternative energies, consumer products and technology development. According to the company's management, this diversification reduces the risk of collapse of the company and increases profit potential.
FFFC is benefiting from various new ventures such as Cannabis Angel, Inc. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of FFFC. The subsidiary was established in 2014 and provides angel funding and corporate development services for start-ups and companies in the early-stages of development within the medical marijuana industry. The company however does not provide funding or consulting work for companies involved in directly growing or dispensing of marijuana. The company is strictly focused on providing support for the supplementary aspects of this industry.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
It's not only individuals taking notice of FFFC's subsidiary potential, so are others in the industry. FFFC recently announced that Cannabis Angel, Inc. would be entering into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Worldwide Marijuana Investments, Inc.
Worldwide Marijuana Investments Inc., popularly known as "WMII," is a company seeking to match Investors with opportunities in the Cannabis industry. Through the strategic agreement, the two Companies seek to work on a complementary basis in order to capitalize on each other's business strengths.
BUSINESS INITIATIVES UNDER THE PARNERSHIP
FFFC has invested significantly in the marketing of Cannabis related products. Alongside Worldwide Marijuana Investments Inc., the Company unveiled its comprehensive marketing plan in February 2015. The marketing approach was developed to help startups in the Cannabis industry with new, cutting-edge services or products reach the marketplace faster. The companies are combining their expertise to provide start-ups with services to evaluate market feasibility, input and viability of products or services.
Through WMII, FFFC signed a distribution agreement with CB Scientific Inc. This was for the marketing of personal analytics for CBD and THC, the two main active ingredients in Cannabis. With these test kits, start-ups can test the potency and quality of their own products without having to incur the expense of involving a laboratory.
In addition to this, they also signed an agreement with Fuller Life Remedies. This agreement is for the marketing and distribution of skin care products that are infused with enriched CBD oil that is derived from hemp. There are a total of five skin care products in the line that are all targeted for the treatment of various ailments.
In late Q4 2014, FFFC announced that it had finalized a licensing agreement with Congson, Inc. This agreement was for the production, promotion and sale of the Tommy Chong branded Cannabis GreenCard. Tommy Chong was an actor, director, writer, musician and activist in the 1970's. He is an active supporter for the legalization of Cannabis in the US. The GreenCard would be marketed initially to Cannabis dispensaries in Washington State, Colorado and California before being rolled out to various other prospective customers.
