A beautifully upgraded North Naples home sold on July 14 for $1,575,000, making it the highest priced home sale in the gated community, Raffia Preserve according to the Southwest Florida Multiple Listing Service (SWFLAMLS), far exceeding the second highest sale price of $1,200,000 on May 16, 2022. The home, located at 4605 Abaca Circle in Naples, was completed in 2016 by WCI and purchased by the sellers in 2020. This home sale was accomplished by Angela Rizzi, the listing agent, who is an award-winning luxury properties specialist with William Raveis Real Estate.
“Naples is still in demand, despite the rise in mortgage interest rates and slowing economy. We are still experiencing migration to Florida from other states such as California and New York, and Naples is a front runner for consistent recognition as a top choice for safety and quality of life, says Rizzi.
Raffia Preserve is an upscale gated community which spans across 184-acre with 363 single-family homes and 72 acres dedicated to nature preserves and lakes. Raffia Preserve is located in North Naples off Collier Boulevard between Immokalee Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road.
