Remaining true to its reputation, Quicken Loans has once more ranked the highest in the country for client satisfaction among home loan servicers in J.D. Power's latest study.
Quicken Loans, the nation's second largest retail mortgage lender and Detroit-based company has held on to the top spot in J.D. Power's study for three years in a row at this point. The company also held on to the top spot in the J.D. Power survey of mortgage originators for the sixth consecutive year. Furthermore, Quicken Loans also holds the distinctive title as being the winningest company among all mortgage lenders in the history of J.D. Power's studies.

The company received the highest possible score in the following categories in the study:

"For the third straight year J.D. Power ranked Quicken Loans highest for client service in mortgage servicing," John Perich, QuickenLoans' Public Relations Manager said in a separate statement. "This is in addition to the six straight top rankings it has for client service in mortgage origination. It is a testament to the commitment Quicken Loans has to its clients. The award-winning service doesn't end when the client gets the house key — it continues for the entire life of the loan."
