About the Lawsuit

Quality Systems and certain of its executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements concerning the Company's financial and growth prospects during the Class Period, violating federal securities laws.

On July 26, 2012, Quality Systems announced its financial results for the first quarter for fiscal year 2013, ended June 30, 2012, disclosing that its net income and earnings per share had significantly declined -- its net income had declined by 18% and its earnings per share had declined by 19%. As a result, the Company retracted its favorable guidance for fiscal year 2013.
