Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted brands in homebuilding for 70 years, has announced plans for a new luxury townhome community in North Naples called Sonoma Oaks. This enclave, gated community of 114 new construction townhomes will provide homebuyers a desirable maintenance-free lifestyle.
Townhomes at Sonoma Oaks will offer 1,879 to 1,994-square-feet of living space, with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. The floor plans live like a single-family home and feature open-concept living areas, spacious kitchens with large center islands and lanai space with options for lake and preserve views. The community will feature an amenity area with a neighborhood pool and pool cabana.
Pulte Homes expects to break ground on model homes in Sonoma Oaks in the first half of 2022, with sales commencing late 2022.
“Sonoma Oaks is an exciting project for us because of the limited options for new homes in North Naples. It provides an attractive option for homebuyers who wish to reside in one of Naples’ most desirable locations, with top rated schools, and quick access to shops, dining, outdoor recreational activities and Florida’s top-rated beaches,” said Richard McCormick, area president of PulteGroup’s Florida Divisions. “This new community offers an appealing price point, as well as the flexibility and low cost of ownership that comes with townhome living.”
Sonoma Oaks is located just west of Collier Boulevard, a major north-south roadway in Naples, and can be accessed from Collier Boulevard, Wolfe Road, and Mission Hills Drive, all of which allow for quick connectivity to both Immokalee and Vanderbilt Beach Roads that connect residents to I-75 as well as public beach access points and the popular Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
The community is located just two minutes from a Publix supermarket and within a 15-minute drive from other major retailers, including Walmart, Target, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Nearby recreational options include North Collier Regional Park, which features eight soccer fields, five baseball/softball fields, an indoor fitness facility, an expansive covered playground, and the Sun-n-Fun waterpark. Another neighboring park includes the new 150-acre Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, which will include sports fields and courts, walking trails, a playground, a community center, pavilions with concessions, a swimming pool and a lawn and amphitheater; the facility is expected to open at the end of 2021.
Residents of Sonoma Oaks will attend well-rated local public schools Big Cypress Elementary School, Oakridge Middle School and Gulf Coast High School, all located within eight minutes of the community. For parents opting for private schooling, Royal Palm Academy and the Community School of Naples are both located approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Sonoma Oaks.
