CALGARY, AB / ACCESSWIRE / December 31, 2020 / Prospera Energy Inc. ("Prospera" or the "Corporation") (TSXV:PEI)(FRA:OF6A) announces the granting of incentive stock options to a Director of the Corporation to acquire up to an aggregate of 2,100,000 common shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.05 per share. All such options are exercisable for a period of five years and the shares are vested on a quarterly basis of not less than eighteen months from the date of grant.
Upon granting of the options described above, Prospera will have 4,950,000 of the issued and outstanding shares.
