For him, it's always been about the music while also finding a way to be successful. Through many sleepless nights and wondering if he'd even make it home or what he'd do tomorrow, Presidentrj is no stranger to the struggles in life. In 2019, he was homeless due to eviction and from that point on, at his lowest point, he knew he had to grow.

Music was his place - his vice, his passion, his outlet. Through the making of his music, he hopes those who take the time to listen have the chance to relate to him and understand his story. He wants to give people hope in their own lives and show how much life is worth living. From being completely down and out to making music for all to hear, Presidentrj is a person for the people and he solidifies this role in all of the songs he releases.

Along with countless inspirations from current music artists, he is also driven by himself. He has correlated a fight to thrive mindset that brings both equal opportunities for himself in music as well in a business setting. Climbing the ladder and finding a way to be happy as well as successful in a life that can be cruel at times. Presidentrj took something he loved and turned it into both a moneymaker, as well as a saving grace.

Currently, Presidentrj is looking to release "Street Priest II", a long, developed tape by him. The tape is the next chapter in his life as it shares more stories and commutative, relative, soulful lyrical performances that have carried his music throughout his career. His music always carries a certain familiar sound that is memorable and has become the trademark amongst all of his releases.

It is no question that Presidentrj has lived as well as continues to live an interesting life. Being on a different path from the start, he found success in his own way and headed down a path that flung him further and further away from the harsh places he's been. For him, the path continues, and the music tells the story.
