Poly Shield Technologies Inc. Announces Resignation of Director and Chief Executive Officer

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA--(Marketwired - May 16, 2014) - Poly Shield Technologies Inc. (SHPR) (the "Company") announces that Brad Eckenweiler has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company. Mr. Eckenweiler's resignation was not due to, and was not caused by, in whole or in part, any disagreement with the Company, whether related to the Company's operations, policies, practices or otherwise. Upon his resignation, the Company made a severance payment of $252,000 to Mr. Eckenweiler.

Poly Shield Technologies Inc. thanks Mr. Eckenweiler for his contribution to the development of the Company and wishes him the best of success in his future business endeavors.

To fill the vacancy created by Mr. Eckenweiler's resignation, the Company appointed Rasmus Norling as Chief Executive Officer.
