TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Perion Network Ltd. (PERI) on Tuesday reported a loss of $8.3 million in its first quarter.

The Tel Aviv, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 11 cents per share.

The digital media company posted revenue of $89.3 million in the period.

Perion Network expects full-year revenue in the range of $430 million to $450 million.
