Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 9, 2018) - ParcelPal Technology Inc. (CSE: PKG) (FSE: PT0) (OTC Pink: PTNYF) ("ParcelPal" or the "Company"), announces that it proposes a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 10,000,000 units (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.135 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,350,000 (the "Offering").
Each Unit will consist of one common share of Parcel Pal and one share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant"), with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of Parcel Pal at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. In the event that the average closing price is equal to or greater than $0.30 per Share for a period of five consecutive trading days, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants to a date that is thirty days after the notice of completion of such period.
ParcelPal may pay a finders fee in cash and/or share purchase warrants.
The Offering was priced in the context of the market based on a price reservation made by the Company with the CSE. Proceeds of the Offering will be used for Marketing, Development, Expansion and general working capital purposes.
