The new cutting edge press is designed for production speeds of more than 1,600 pages per minute, making it one of the fastest, single-pass color inkjet printers in the industry. High Efficiency Inkjet Printhead
The TruePress Jet520 features a roll-fed paper feeding system, which provides Original Impressions with the flexibility to handle high-speed, high-volume variable print runs while lowering the per unit cost. The dual-engine duplex printing arrangement makes way for the ability to place unique, personalized messages and full-color images on financial statements, direct mail, newspapers, catalogs, books and manuals at very competitive prices for small runs, or quantities up to several million pieces for larger runs.
Streamlined Production
The TruePress Jet520 features high-speed output of 420 feet per minute in full-color duplex. Screen's color management technology reduces the time required to adjust colors and ensures sharp text. Finished product is delivered in cut-to-size sheets, book blocks or offset stacks and an inline finishing system enables slitting, merging and dynamic perforating. The perfing unit applies horizontal, vertical or cross perforations wherever they are needed.

The press' digital front-end system allows for intensive data-driven printing by processing variable data and outputting it to the TruePress Jet520. The rapid data conversion performance ensures the output speed of the printing device. The TruePress Jet520 also provides a proactive, automated approach to identifying and mitigating quality issues while supporting the highest quality data security. Automatic inspection systems on both of the print engines detect any defects on the front and back of the paper at high speed. Errors automatically halt the printing process, and the operator is immediately alerted.
