Noble Capital initiated coverage of One Group Hospitality (STKS) with an Outperform rating and $5 price target One Group, which develops and operates upscale and polished casual, high-energy restaurants and lounges and provides hospitality management services for hotels, casinos and other high-end venues, is a leader in the “Vibe Dining” subsegment characterized by a quality culinary experience complimented with an engaging social scene, the analyst tells investors. The firm expects modestly negative same-store sales in Q1, but is hopeful to see stronger results as the year progresses, the analyst noted.
