Company Reiterates First Quarter and Full Year 2025 Guidance
FORT WORTH, Texas, March 12, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Omnicell, Inc. (NASDAQ:OMCL) ("Omnicell," "we," "our," "us," "management," or the "Company"), a leader in transforming the pharmacy and nursing care delivery model, today announced that Nchacha Etta will be stepping down from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2025 or until a successor is named. Mr. Etta will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer while Omnicell searches for a new Chief Financial Officer and will work to ensure a smooth transition of his role and responsibilities. The Company has commenced a national search for his successor.
