Nuri Telecom Company Limited Purchases Additional Common Shares of Apivio Systems Inc.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 7, 2017) - Nuri Telecom Company Limited ("Nuri") announces that today its wholly-owned subsidiary, 1101324 B.C. Ltd. (the "Offeror"), through its agent PI Financial Corp., has acquired ownership of an additional 143,500 common shares (the "Common Shares") of Apivio Systems Inc. ("Apivio") through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The highest price and the average price paid for the Common Shares purchased today was $0.40 per Common Share. The aggregate number of Common Shares acquired by the Offeror since the commencement of the Offer (as defined below) is 1,468,000 Common Shares. The average price paid for the Common Shares purchased by Offeror since the commencement of the Offer is $0.40 per Common Share. The Offeror now owns 1,468,000 Common Shares.

The Offeror acquired the Common Shares in furtherance of its offer for ownership and control of Apivio (the "Offer"). The Offeror continues to reserve the right in its Offer to acquire additional Common Shares, up to 5% of the outstanding Common Shares, based on the number of Common Shares outstanding at the time of the commencement of the Offer.
