Apple is now helping its customers with general product questions through Twitter.
The company opened @AppleSupport, on the social media platform on Thursday morning.
The account, which is already verified, has over 35,000 followers in its first few hours online. Meanwhile, it’s tweeted a total of 300 times about subjects ranging from Safari browser help to iPhone support.
Here’s the account’s first tweet:
Apple support has been plugged by Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey too.
While there’s still no main Apple account on the micro-blogging platform, the tech company did create a Twitter support account for its Apple Music service last October. That account has over 8 million followers.
