Cranford-based Signature Acquisitions, an owner and manager of Class-A suburban office space throughout New Jersey and Long Island, recently announced 184,000 square feet of new leases, lease expansions, and renewals.
Q1 2025
Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, along with Regus and Effective School Solutions, all leased new space totaling 33,000 square feet at Mountain Heights Corporate Center in New Providence.
Additional leases across Signature’s portfolio included The Hanover Insurance Group at 106 Allen Road in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards; Miami International Holdings at 7 Roszel Road in Princeton; and Long Tuminello and AnnieMac at 888 Veterans Memorial Highway in Hauppauge, New York.
Q4 2024
In the final three months of 2024, Signature’s leasing highlights included a new lease with Johnson O’Hare Company and a lease renewal with Regus at 20 Commerce Drive in Cranford, and a renewal and expansion lease with Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine at 100 Walnut Ave. in Clark.
