Ryen Salo has joined the CPA advisory firm of Herbein + Co. Inc. as client experience manager.

Salo brings more than a decade of experience in the B2B SaaS industry, where she has successfully led teams and helped clients achieve their goals in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
In her new role at Herbein, Salo will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Her responsibilities will include enhancing current client relationships, resolving issues with agility, developing cross-serving strategies, and maintaining a transparent and conversational client satisfaction program. She will also ensure that Herbein’s internal teams collaborate effectively to meet and exceed client expectations.
Salo is a graduate of George Fox University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and management, with a minor in project management.
“Ryen’s extensive experience and proven ability to foster strong client relationships make her an invaluable addition to our team,” Herbein chief growth officer Jack Kolmansberger, said in a statement, adding that the firm is excited to be one of the first firms with a dedicated client experience manager.
Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County
Sophia Stopper has joined the Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County (BCSS) team as program coordinator. In her role as program coordinator, Stopper will assist the program director with research, scheduling presenters, support groups, and program topics.

She will oversee community outreach to identify potential partnerships and collaborations in addition to identifying resources and volunteers. She will analyze data from all programs and resources to ensure positive outcomes for all program participants including breast cancer survivors, their family members, and caregivers.
Stopper is an artist and community builder who has a passion for bringing people together to celebrate joy and creativity. She attended New York University for her undergraduate studies and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago to obtain her master’s. Stopper has lived on four continents: North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and spent much of her time traveling by bookstore. She is curious and eager to experience all life has to offer. One of her fondest memories to date is flying in a hot air balloon above a field of poppies in the Turkish countryside along with one of her best friends.
Stopper lives in Sinking Spring and looks forward to sharing her artistic skills and experience with local breast cancer survivors facilitating creative arts workshops.

Unruh Turner Burke & Frees has announced that Lauren A. Nehra has joined the firm. An experienced and compassionate litigator, Nehra brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to client service, focusing in trust and estate litigation, including disputes involving estates, trusts, guardianships, powers of attorney, and other fiduciary matters.

Her experience in Orphans’ Court litigation and her dedication to advocating for her clients make her a valuable addition to the Unruh Turner Burke & Frees team. Her practice will concentrate on all forms of estate and trust disputes, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty cases, surcharge and removal actions, guardianships, and interpretation issues. Nehra is also regularly appointed by the Chester County Orphans’ Court to represent individuals in the adult guardianship process, underscoring her reputation as a trusted and skilled litigator.
Nehra earned her law degree magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and received multiple awards for her advocacy skills. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Nehra has been recognized by her peers and the legal community for her work. She has been named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for 2024 and 2025, recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2022, and honored as a “Top Lawyer” by both Main Line Today and Daily Local News since 2022. In 2024, she was also celebrated as a VISTA Millennial Superstar.
In addition to her legal practice, Nehra serves as chair-elect of the Chester County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division and is a director on the Bar Association’s board. She is also a director on the board of the Chester County Food Bank, contributing to the organization’s efforts to fight hunger in the region. In addition, she is a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware State Bar Associations.
Nehra resides in Chester County and remains active in various non-profit organizations, including Breakthrough T1D, the leading organization devoted to Type 1 Diabetes research and advocacy.

Saxton & Stump senior counsel attorney Lance D. Greene has been named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2024 “Forty Under 40” list. The list recognizes the future leaders of central Pennsylvania under the age of 40. The individuals selected for the list have successful professional careers and give back in meaningful ways to the region’s community, according to Central Penn Business Journal.

Greene is a litigator in the Saxton & Stump Commercial Litigation, Title IX, Investigations and Criminal Defense groups, among others.
He focuses his law practice on counseling and representing businesses and individuals facing civil and criminal investigations. He also handles commercial litigation matters, represents physicians and hospitals on healthcare litigation, and assists in investigations and representation of truck drivers facing criminal and civil investigations.
Attorney-ranking group “Best Lawyers” recently named Greene to its “Ones to Watch” list for the third consecutive year in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants, and the Lancaster Bar Association awarded him its “President’s Award” in 2020. Greene is a member of the board of directors of ASSETS, which works to create economic opportunity and cultivates entrepreneurial leadership to alleviate poverty and build vibrant, sustainable communities in Lancaster. In addition, he also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Lancaster Law Foundation, which promotes equal access to justice through philanthropy, education, and service.
Greene is a former assistant district attorney and during his tenure served as the chief of the Juvenile Division in Lancaster County. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Massachusetts.
