Investing.com - The U.K. Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s decision to suspend Parliament was unlawful.
The government is expected to abide by the decision and reconvene Parliament.
Johnson suspended Parliament earlier this month, which was due to return on October 14.
The U.K. is scheduled to leave the European Union on October 31.
