Netflix: Buy or Pass?

After a rough year, Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) will be reporting its earnings on Monday. The company is down 14% year to date.Despite the move lower, Raymond James reiterated its outperform on the stock today and said it's becoming more compelling heading into earnings.

On today's Halftime Report, the traders debated whether or not the streaming giant is a buy.
