National Automation Services, Inc.: The Corporation Announces Newly Formed Board of Directors

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Sep 6, 2013) - National Automation Services, Inc. (OTCQB: NASV) (the "Company"), announced today it has a newly formed Board of Directors to help guide the Company to success. This new Board will be actively striving to assist NAS in its future endeavors.

New Board of Directors

Tom Sego - after a 9 year career at Apple as head of World Wide Sales and Sales Support, Tom has since been the co-founder of three different start-ups, SunVault, Clearfly Communications, and SouthInk. He is currently CEO of SouthInk, which is a fast growing wine sales and marketing company that exports Chilean and Argentinean wine to the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Prior to founding SouthInk, he co-founded SunVault, a solar energy storage company, and Clearfly communications. Tom reported directly to Tim Cook. He managed 6 different divisions with Apple including Premium Reseller Program stores outside of the US. Tom was responsible for expanding an experimental program from 300 stores to 2600 stores in 24 months, accounting for a large amount of Apple's growth during that period. Before Apple, Tom worked at Alta Vista in business analysis and product management. Tom also performed merger and acquisition work in business development at Emerson Electric after getting his MBA from Harvard Business School. Before business school Tom held various engineering positions at Eli Lilly and Caterpillar.

Jeremy Briggs - has served as our Principal Financial Officer since January 1, 2009. He also has served as our Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2009 (he has worked for us since July 2008, originally as Senior Accountant, and from October through December 2008 as Controller) and he is responsible for directing our overall accounting policies and functions, and has over 15 years of experience in business with emphasis on accounting and finance. Jeremy has a MBA in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School.

Sean Sego - has served as director and Secretary of NAS since April 2013. Mr. Sego co-founded Intrinsic Value Capital Management, LLC, "IVCM", a value investment management group, and is currently the Managing Director. Sean has served in various advisor, supervisor, and manager positions within the financial services industry including Olde Discount Brokers, H& R Block Financial, and Ameriprise Financial. had a 10 year career in Environment, Safety, and Human Relations Management at Ashland Oil (Marathon), ARCO (BP Products Company), Cherne Contracting, and Compaq Computers; Sean brings valuable expertise in project assessment, risk management, and capital development from this period. Sean has served on several advisory boards assisting in funding and operational development. Sean graduated from Indiana State University with Bachelor's degree in business management in 1993.
