MURPHY OIL ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND
EL DORADO, Arkansas, April 1, 2015 - The Board of Directors of Murphy Oil Corporation (MUR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy Oil Corporation of $0.35 per share, or $1.40 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable June 1, 2015 to holders of record May 15, 2015.
