We note that hedge funds don't have a meaningful investment in IODM. Christopher Rogers is currently the company's largest shareholder with 6.9% of shares outstanding. Meanwhile, the second and third largest shareholders, hold 6.2% and 5.2%, of the shares outstanding, respectively. Damian Arena, who is the second-largest shareholder, also happens to hold the title of Senior Key Executive.
