(OTCQB: MMRF) ("MMR" or the "Company") today announced it plans to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2013 on Wednesday, August 14, 2013. The Company is a leading provider of consumer-controlled Personal Health Records (PHRs), MyEsafeDepositBox storage solutions and electronic document management and imaging systems for healthcare professionals, as well as a licensor of its health information technology patents domestically and internationally. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, MyMedicalRecords, Inc., the Company now owns eight U.S. patents with multiple claims focused on the digital transmission of medical records, including Personal Health Records. MMR's most recent patent issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, covering online prescriptions, was received on July 30, 2013.
