MMRGlobal to Include Mobile, Telemedicine and Device Monitoring IP Overview in 2nd Quarter Earnings Report

(OTCQB: MMRF) ("MMR" or the "Company") today announced it plans to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2013 on Wednesday, August 14, 2013. The Company is a leading provider of consumer-controlled Personal Health Records (PHRs), MyEsafeDepositBox storage solutions and electronic document management and imaging systems for healthcare professionals, as well as a licensor of its health information technology patents domestically and internationally.
