(TSX:MSA, MINEROS:CB) ("Mineros" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of David Londoño as the Company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), effective April 8, 2025. David Londoño assumes the duties and responsibilities of the position of President and CEO of Mineros, replacing Andrés Restrepo Isaza, who headed the organization for the past 10 years.

David Londoño has more than 35 years of experience in the mining sector. David has held technical, operational and management positions in international companies such as OceanaGold, Kirkland Lake Gold, AngloGold Ashanti and Barrick Gold. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Mine Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a Master of Science in Earth and Systems Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Regis University.
