Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 2, 2024) - Midnight Sun Mining Corp. (TSXV: MMA) (OTC Pink: MDNGF) ("Midnight Sun" or the "Company") announces that they have mutually agreed with KoBold Metals Company ("KoBold") to amend the longstop date of the previously announced earn-in agreement (see news release dated February 20^th, 2024) to December 20, 2024. Midnight Sun and KoBold are working collaboratively to complete the final condition precedent and anticipate this to be completed ahead of the amended longstop date.
