Mexico's Arca suspends talks to buy Lindley shares

MEXICO CITY, May 17 (Reuters) - Mexican bottler Arca Continental said on Thursday that it had suspended negotiations to buy shares in Corporacion Lindley because of a change in the tax burden on Lindley's products in Peru.
Arca had entered talks to buy the 38.5 percent of bottler Lindley held by a subsidiary of the Coca-Cola Company. (Reporting by Noe Torres)
