MEXICO CITY, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Mexico's peso reversed losses during President Donald Trump's speech to the United State Congress, strengthening 0.06 percent against the U.S. dollar.

In his address on Tuesday evening, Trump talked about building a border wall, but did not mention his campaign promise to make Mexico pay for it.
