Only companies with consistently high survey responses across the 60 statements that comprise Great Place To Work’s Trust Index™ Survey are honored with placement on the list.

This is the third consecutive year that MetLife has earned a spot on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. MetLife was also one of only 25 companies that earned a spot on Fortune’s 2024 World’s Best WorkplacesTM list.
