Eight months after the first Toot'n Totum opened in Lubbock, the quickly growing Panhandle-based convenience store company is celebrating its official Hub City grand opening with discounted fuel.
Starting on Friday, Nov. 17, Toot'n Totum customers can save up to $0.50 per gallon on fuel with Valero Pay at these locations:

The discount will continue through Sunday, Nov. 19.

The grand opening will coincide with the opening of the Toot'n Totum at 5024 Milwaukee Ave., which will also have a Mitch's BBQ. The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting at the newest store at 10 a.m. on Friday.
