Local company secures fifth federal contract

A company in the Lily community was recently awarded a $47,532 federal contract.

Justice Consulting, Contracting & Logistics Services of Lily received the federal contract award from the Department of Defense Logistics Agency of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.

The firm, which manufactures "durable quality crates," began business in April 2024. This marks the fifth contract it has been awarded since then.

"What we made last year, we've already done that this year in two months so we're doing good," said Paul Justice of JCCLS. "It's looking to be a pretty good year for us."

At this time, the company is working to form another contract with DLA.

As for the future of Justice Consulting, Contracting & Logistics Services, Justice commented, "We're looking at some more contracts that we're being considered for that are much more lucrative — as far as the business revenue is concerned."

Notably, the business is looking at a five-year contract with military pallets and crates in the amount of $85,000,000 over a five-year span. Justice said the contract would likely result in the business supplying up to 15 well-paying jobs in the area.

"That's one of our goals, is to provide good-paying jobs and just grow the business and eventually seek more private sector customers once we've got more resources," Justice stated.
