Greetings. Welcome to the Limoneira first quarter 2025 financial results conference call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. A brief question-and-answer session will follow the formal presentation.

Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us for Limoneira's first quarter fiscal year 2025 conference call. On the call today are Harold Edwards, president and chief executive officer; and Mark Palamountain, executive vice president and chief financial officer. By now, everyone should have access to the first quarter fiscal year 2025 earnings release, which went out today at approximately 4 p.m. Eastern Time.
