("ISS"), a leading independent proxy advisory firm, has recommended that Blue Sky's shareholders ("Shareholders") vote FOR the resolution to approve the proposed earn-in transaction (the "Transaction") with Abatare Spain, S.L.U. ("COAM") at the upcoming special meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held on February 6, 2025.

The Board of Directors of Blue Sky recommends that Shareholders vote FOR the special resolution approving the Transaction.
