MARICOPA, Ariz., April 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) ("Landsea Homes" or the "Company"), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it has closed on 78 homesites in the Moonlight master-planned community in Maricopa, Arizona.

Moonlight is located north of the northwest corner of West Smith Enke Road and North Green Road. Landsea Homes will offer 78 thoughtfully designed one- and two-story homes, with floorplans ranging from 1,332 to 2,624 square feet. Sales are estimated to launch this summer. Pricing will be announced at a later date.
Each home by Landsea Homes at Moonlight will feature the company's renowned High Performance Home features including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple Home™ environment and energy savings to make life at home healthier and more comfortable. The smart home automation features include an Apple® HomePod mini™, wireless network Internet throughout the home, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, ecobee smart video doorbell, and smart home activation service via Best Buy's Geek Squad.
The Moonlight master-planned community will feature 1,500 homes at full buildout. Residents will have access to a plethora of amenities including a pool and several recreational parks.
Residents of Moonlight will be a part of the Maricopa Unified School District with 11 schools serving students from grades Pre-K through 12.
The community is adjacent to the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club, a highly rated course for residents who are also golf enthusiasts. There are also many scenic hiking and biking trails nearby, including those at the Sonoran Desert National Monument.
