Kratos Defense announced that it has recently received a contract to support the Stratolaunch Air Launch Vehicle System program, based in Huntsville, Alabama. Kratos will provide Stratolaunch with direct technical and programmatic support, leveraging its aerospace systems experience, for a term of five years. In addition to supporting this leading technology space program, Kratos' Defense & Rocket Support Services Division also supports certain ballistic missile defense, directed energy and hypersonic vehicle initiatives. Due to customer related and other considerations, no further information will be provided related to this contract award.
