Kojamo plc has completed the issue of its EUR 500,000,000 green bond under its EMTN programme

Kojamo plc has today completed the issue of EUR 500,000,000 senior unsecured green bond (the “Notes”) under its EMTN programme. The maturity of the euro-denominated Notes is 7 years, and the maturity date is 12 March 2032. The Notes carry a fixed annual coupon of 3.875 per cent.

The Notes are issued under Kojamo’s EUR 2,500,000,000 EMTN programme Base Prospectus dated 25 February 2025. The Base Prospectus is available in English on the company’s website at https://kojamo.fi/en/investors/financial-information/financing-and-bonds/emtn-programme/. The Notes have been admitted to the official list of Euronext Dublin and to trading on its regulated market.

The proceeds of the issuance of the Notes will be used by Kojamo for the financing or refinancing investments that promote energy efficiency of buildings in accordance with the company’s Green Finance Framework (the “Framework”). Goldman Sachs International, Nordea Bank Abp, OP Corporate Bank plc, SEB and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as joint lead managers.
