That's interesting, because hedge funds can be quite active and activist. Many look for medium term catalysts that will drive the share price higher. BlackRock, Inc. is currently the company's largest shareholder with 14% of shares outstanding. The second and third largest shareholders are Sean O'Connor and Van Berkom and Associates Inc., with an equal amount of shares to their name at 6.0%. Sean O'Connor, who is the second-largest shareholder, also happens to hold the title of Chief Executive Officer.
