Keurig Green Mountain (GMCR) has widened a deal with Caribou Coffee that will offer Caribou's roasts in coffee-pod form for the new Keurig 2.0 brewing machine. Caribou's coffee will likely be available for the new machine in spring '15. Keurig's 10-year agreement is 1 of a handful of company deals this year to license other brands' drinks for use on the new machine — moves intended to secure business after a '12 K-Cup patent expiration led other companies to make their own cups. Shares rose 1.3%.
