Judge Koh, the judge presiding over the $324M settlement being offered by Google (GOOG), Apple (AAPL), Intel (INTC) and Adobe (ADBE) related to a class-action alleging the companies negotiated unfair "no-poaching" rules for their employees, was "clearly peeved" during a hearing in the case last week and said she probably would have allowed evidence that there was a DOJ investigation into the company's hiring practices, according to a New York Times report that noted Koh could rule in the case "at any moment."
