(JLT), one of the world's leading specialty-focused providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Wilhite as Vice President of the Transaction Advisory Practice.
Wilhite will be working with clients to understand their merger and acquisition (M&A) risks, and to provide custom solutions. Through the Transaction Advisory Practice, Wilhite will advise private equity funds, and strategic buyers and sellers on the structuring and placement of representations and warranties (R&W), contingent tax, litigation/known risk, fraudulent transfer and successor liability insurance solutions in M&A transactions.

Wilhite joins JLT from Winston & Strawn, where he served as an associate, representing public and private companies, private equity funds, and portfolio companies on both sides of M&A transactions. Also an active leader in the local Houston community, Wilhite served as chair of the Auction Committee for Young Friends of Yellowstone, and as a founding member of Star of Hope Young Professionals. Wilhite holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate, each from The University of Texas.
