Japan's Topix rises to highest level since 1991
TOKYO, Jan 4 (Reuters) - The Topix share index rose to its highest level since 1991 on Thursday, catching up to global equities gains on Japan's first trading day of 2018.
The Topix was up 1.6 percent at 1847.26, topping a high of 1,844.05 set on Nov. 9.
