J.C. Penney may announce new board member today, WSJ reports
As soon as today, J.C. Penney's board is may name a new director with retail experience, sources say, reports the Wall Street Journal. The board may name more new directors as well, a move sought by hedge fund manager William Ackman, who believes it could help the board function better, sources added.
