InterDigital appoints Chief Licensing Counsel, Chief Licensing Officer
InterDigital announced Marie H. MacNichol, has joined the company as Chief Licensing Counsel and Chief Licensing Officer. MacNichol will drive day-to-day operations for InterDigital's Licensing, Patent, and Litigation groups. MacNichol worked for LSI Corporation where she served as managing IP counsel and Vice President of IP law over the course of nine years, overseeing a team of attorneys and paralegals in all intellectual property matters.
