The deal includes complete share acquisition by Interblock's parent company, Interblock d.d..
Elektrina develops electronic boards and access control and specializes in developing innovative, smart solutions for their customers. Elektrina's products are used across the entire Interblock product portfolio and for third party B2B solution providers, specializing in fields of energy consumption, automation, gaming technology and more.
