Integrated Freight Corporation Outlines Niche Market Growth Strategy

SOUTHBURY, CT--(Marketwired - Apr 1, 2015) - Integrated Freight Corporation (OTC PINK: IFCR), in a follow up to its restructuring process, describes how its new growth strategy will enable it to continue its emergence as a significant and profitable niche national truckload carrier.

David N. Fuselier, Integrated Freight's CEO said, "There are several large motor carriers successfully built by consolidating multiple carriers. Integrated Freight's strategy is no different except that we are focused upon acquiring defensible, niche carriers rather than size. Our target acquisitions typically have very loyal, long-term customers with special service requirements. These requirements often include key driver qualifications and training, specialized equipment or other highly customized client services. While providing such services is often a painstaking process, we feel strongly that it's at the heart of these valuable niche businesses. We have identified two such carriers generating $12,000,000 per year that fit our model well and expect to add them to our fleet during the second quarter 2015."

IFCR's President and COO, Hank Hoffman, stated that, "Integrated Freight is committed to growing its business based upon great service and expertise. Like other rollup carriers, we expect to generate economies of scale by centralizing some purchasing and back office functions. However, our primary mission is to support the front line carriers and their niche customer service efforts."

Previously, Integrated Freight announced that it would acquire a $4,000,000 niche carrier in New England prior to the end of its fiscal year end, or March 2015. Due to the extreme weather conditions this winter this acquisition was delayed until first fiscal quarter 2015.
