The All-in-One Screener can be used to find insider buys and sells over the last week by clicking on the Insiders tab and changing the settings to All Insider Buying at $500,000, duration to "July 2016" and "July 2016," and All Insider Sales at $5,000,000.


According to the above filters, the following are recent buys and sells from company insiders in the past week.

On July 8, Owl Creek Asset Management, a 10% owner of pdvWireless Inc. (PDVW), bought 28,096 shares at the price of $22.30 per share. Since then, the price of the stock has risen by 6.1% to $23.67.
