Industrial Info Helps Sponsor Mayo Clinic Fundraiser

SUGAR LAND, TX--(Marketwired - Aug 14, 2013) - Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor for a Mayo Clinic research fundraiser by donating $5,000 to the event. The fundraiser comes in the form of a golf tournament held in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is being hosted August 20 by the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada.

Tony Salemme, vice president of Industrial Info's Craft Labor Group, and other IIR employees will be in attendance. "The Minneapolis/St. Paul region has always been an important area for Industrial Info, and this is a great way for us to give back to the community," Salemme said. "The Mayo Clinic is an incredible institution, and the research they perform is important to me personally, as well as to so many other people and families around the world."

Mayo Clinic is one of the nation's leading cancer treatment and research centers, and provides world-class medical services relating to transplants, heart conditions and neurosciences. The two main Mayo Clinic campuses in Rochester, Minnesota, form the largest integrated medical center in the world.

Last year's fundraiser raised more than $267,000, and the United Association hopes to top that amount this year.

Industrial Info is proud to be a sponsor of this important event.
