Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 17, 2025) - ImagineAR Inc. (CSE: IP) (OTCQB: IPNFF) ("ImagineAR" or "Company") announces that it has entered into an arms-length consulting agreement with a consultant pursuant to which he will assist with the development of new business concepts for the Company, create visibility for the Company and its products and identify and facilitate potential partnership opportunities for a 12 month term.
As payment, the Company has issued 5,000,000 stock options to the consultant. The options are exercisable at $0.075 per share for a period of three years. The Options have been granted in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.
